Face Data, TrueDepth API, and Camera Usage

As a face yoga and lifting application, BEAM may utilize your device's camera and TrueDepth API (on Apple devices) to track facial movements, ensure correct exercise execution, or generate progress portraits.

• No Cloud Storage of Face Data: Any real-time face tracking data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or stored permanently.
• AI-Powered Portrait Generation: If you use AI-based features (e.g., progress generation or Face Swap), you provide explicit consent for the temporary use of your facial image solely for generating the selected output. Processing and deletion of the image typically occur within a short time frame (usually up to 10 minutes). We guarantee that images and results are not used to train models, are not stored permanently, and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

Payments and Subscriptions Data

We use third-party services (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat) to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information. These third-party payment processors handle your payment data securely according to their own privacy policies. We only receive encrypted, non-personally identifiable purchase tokens to grant you access to premium features.

Age-Restricted Content (17+)

Some content or templates in the app may contain artistic or mildly suggestive material intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not implement an internal age-gating mechanism. Instead, we rely on App Store platform-level systems. By accessing this content, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides additional rights, including:
